My wife and I will enjoy it for many years. My local dealer was extremely helpful in having this cap built just the way we wanted, with the options that were best for us. I think A.R.E. makes one of the best caps. Lsx Series LSX Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra November 22, 2010    Posted by: Hunter The tonneau has performed fairly well over the past 4 years. The only problems that I have experienced was a torn gasket on the wing and water leaking into the lockset. I replaced the wing gaskets with cork gasket material and have not had any problems since. The lockset is a different story. Due to the water leaking into the lockset through the lock, the grease around the electronics for the remote lock washed off and the electronics corroded beyond repair. It can still be locked with the key so it is not a huge problem. The last thing is to completely check the paint before leaving the dealer. Mine has small bubbles on both edges of the tonneau from the paint being applied before the fiberglass had fully cured.
