Was so excited for this canopy. Ordered & paid in full on 12/4/23. Canopy was installed on 2/2/24. When I arrived to pick it up, the dealer wanted to point out some damage. I won’t lie, I was shocked! For this being a new, direct-shipped from the factory canopy, it was beat to hell!Chips in the color matched body so white spots were very visible in the grey paint. Seams in the aluminum window frames gnarly and showing bare metal. The pet screens that I paid extra for were cut wrong and didn't sit flush. The glass of the rear slider had chunks out of it. The whole rear glass assembly was thrashed like sand-paper and/or hammer had been taken to it. Knicks out of the painted aluminum so the shiny metal underneath was very noticeable. Even the dealer commented they had not received a canopy from ARE so beat up before. What luck! The dealer said they had taken pictures of everything and sent back to ARE to get replacement parts sent out. I’m still waiting and it’s been a week already. So far, the only positive thing I can say, is the color-match was done correctly!
