I waited 3 months for the truck cap, drove 4 hours, spent $300 to bring my family and get the cap installed... However, when the installers (apparently touched the cap for the first time despite having had it on site for weeks) went to gather the topper from it's storage spot, THE DOOR FELL OFF... ADHESIVE CAME COMPLETELY APART. I never even got to see the topper. This type of poor quality in product and service from ARE in unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend any product they offer based on my experience. I have emailed ARE because they don't answer their phones, presumably because they cannot handle the customer complaints and warranty claims. I'll let you know if they offer any resolution to rectify my time and expenses wasted.

About 8 weeks ago I had this Revo top installed on my 2019 Silverado. The rear window does not sit flush on the tailgate when closed. There are gaps at both corners where the window closes at the tailgate; you can actually poke a finger through the gap. I'm taking it in to the dealer today, but not sure what they can do about it. When you look at the pics on this webpage or in brochure, the rear window sits flush with the topper and tailgate. Mine does not. The bottom sticks out about an inch. Always looks like it wasn't closed right. Not only does it look terrible but I've seen water on the top rail of my tailgate when I've opened the window. Water can certainly get in if the rain and wind is right.I'm extremely disappointed. I reached out to the manufacturer and they simply said to take it up with the dealer. I'm sure it's the canned answer, but they weren't very interested or helpful.
