Positives everything except the tailgate door design which this flaw wasn't apparent on any of the Tacoma gallery pictures on the ARE website... The tailgate door looks like it isn't closed properly and very easy for someone with a bit of strength to get their fingers underneath and rip the door open.. Shame the cap is really nice till you see the tailgate door leaving this tailgate door design two thumbs down.. I am also not satisfied with the installation quality. The customer service at ARE told me I have to go thru the dealer that is an hour away for warranty work and might have to pay for labor. Overall initial impression of this being my first topper was awesome. From afar it looks amamzing and love the blended window/frameless look. Getting closer you start to notice little blemishes in paint here and there as well as subtle QC issues. But even with that the ARE CX Revo does what it is supposed to do. Keeps my stuff in the bed of the truck nice and dry. I added the dual lighting which works but is manual as they didnt install the tailgate switch (said it breaks alot anyway so they didnt do it) pet windows that are exactly what I wanted for my pups riding in the back after swimming or hiking, a full bedrug that matches exactly to the toppers headliner. Inside the truck looks nice and comfy. Better than some hotel rooms I've been in. The autolock feature works great too and I am glad I got it. One issue with the latch is going from cold weather to warmer weather or other way around. The latches do tend to have issues either releasing or catching. It is pretty simple to adjust the latch but is still a PIA and something that shouldnt need done just due to weather.
