  Waited seven months and they delivered a warped defective product

Purchase February 2 received August 15 it was warped it had three-quarter inch gap on the passenger side & half inch gap down on the driver side, door was installed crooked but into a warped opening The door design is garbage has a 1 inch gap at each corner in sticks out more than an inch and a half from the body everybody thinks it’s not shut properly bad design I will be returning mine Tuesday for a refund , they will not replace it only give me a refund after eight months of waiting with a topless truck I will be going leer Monday

 Have to send my Revo back

Not happy! Cap front window banging the back glass of truck. I feel ARE should have done their homework before putting a new product out as the new latest and greatest. Now I'm being told I have to send it back to ARE to have a different kind of window, not the type of windows that I bought the cap for because of their mistake. Thank goodness the cap place I ordered it from has offered me some kind of cover to use while my cap gets returned for repair. Also, I have painted a lot of motorcycles and cars for customers and if I sent a paint job out with the amount of runs and sags as ARE did to me I would be embarrassed to put my name on it. I hope ARE does the right thing and gets me a cap that fits and looks good.

Unfortunately the top I purchased back in January! Has been having manufacturing problems for the last four months I still have no idea if and when I will ever get my top or maybe you can give me some insight? My truck has been limited due to not having a lockable topper on my work truck for over four months and I believe I still paid full price for a product I don't even think I'm going to receive you should've offered me a rebate over three months ago for being a loyal customer waiting for you to figure out your problems and get on with production
