It's a sturdy cap. The ignition switch key fits all the locks. Mine had a few small dents in the trim, and there is a fair bit of oozing of weatherproofing material. There was also a lot of chaff left behind from the install. Metal shavings, zip-tie cutoffs, and so on, but that was the installer's issue. Overall, it's a solid cap, and will last. That's why I got it.

It is a well built product that fit our needs and budget. A.R.E. and their local vendor were great to work with us to get us what we need within our budget. Nothing is perfect, however. We ordered the option of a driver's side toolbox with fold down shelf. The shelf was such a poor design that I had to remove it. When folded in to close the door, It took up over half of the space within the box. A simple adjustment to the hinge system and a stop system to prevent it from folding all of the way into the box could solve this. There were also some sharp edges left and I sliced my hand on one of them. All in all, satisfied with this purchase.
