The first time my top came in, it was damaged. I had them return it to be fixed (Rock chips during shipment). After it came back fixed, there was no sign of damage. I was disappointed that the HD has no was for the front flip down window to be installed. I had ordered this, but was not informed that they omitted this change. My only two other complaints are that the automatic light switch catches on the lift piston. Annoying, but not sure if this will damage the switch mechanism after time. The other is the hardware on the roofrack has already began to rust. These are painted metal parts for bolting down items to the roof.
