I found the cap online and requested more information which I promptly received via e-mail. I was contacted soon thereafter by a dealer close to my town. We completed the order together and determined the estimated date of delivery. When the cap came in the dealer immediately called me and we scheduled the installation. The whole process was done in a professional and timely manner which I greatly appreciated since time is something I have that is in short supply. The cap met my expectations with one exception. I wanted a dual handled cap and they were only able to provide me with a center handle. The cap quality appears to be excellent. I ordered it with the ability to open the front window (window drops down) for cleaning between the truck cab and the cap. I find this a very good feature. I had previously owned a F-250 and a TW series topper I had purchased for it but the TW would not fit on the F-150 shortbed. Line-X of KY in Nicholasville, KY were very nice about thoroughly explaining my options and pricing over the phone. I had waited close to Christmas to purchase the topper and when I brought the truck in Jeremy was very good about measuring the truck and explaing details thoroughly. He was receptive to my inquiries about coupons available and ways to keep the price down. I would highly recommend Line-x and Jeremy in Nicholasville, KY for being honest and thorough. A.R.E. is one of the better if not best truck toppers on the market.
