My cap is an MX with vented windoors, folding front window, headliner and Yakima tracks. Overall I am happy with it. The windoor option is an awesome thing to have. Overall finish on the MX is just ok. The frames for the windoors are a little off, the back portion of the cap is apparently just cut and not panted and the seal between the back door and tail gate isn't great without adding your own padding. I needed this cap for moving so didn't have time to have the dealer work on these items yet. I feel this is a more utilitarian cap so they don't polish the details of the cap. All this said, it is still a nice cap and so far no major issues with it.

As did other reviewers, I decided on the MX series cap for the extra room it provides on my Chevy Crew Cab short (5'8") bed. From ordering to installation, Suburban Caps in NJ was a pleasure to deal with; the cap was received 2 weeks after it was ordered. The paint match and fit of the cap are excellent, and I've received nothing but compliments on how the truck and cap complement one another.

I had the canopy installed yesterday. I did not have time to do a walk around and the dealer was also very busy. I had what it seemed like a half minute just to get the canopy keys etc. and the first thing I pointed out and tried when opening the door was interior lights. They did not work and installer told me I need to buy batteries? Thinking about this now when you sell a canopy like this everything should work and should come with a one dollar battery? This was the only thing that bothered me at the time. Later on in the day while running errands I noticed something white along the bottom sort of center canopy. It was a small chip in the paint, then I looked closer and noticed a white line along the canopy box and the small 1/4" molding running around the bottom edge. There seems to be movement between these two parts and might be a design flaw. This I am sure will be a problem in the near future.
