The fit is excellent. Paint is excellent. Being new the fit of the keys to the doors and windoors is a little stiff. I had this CAP on my 1999 Dakota from the time I purchased the truck new in 1999 till my truck was totaled with "Hurricane Sandy". I had the option with the walk in door. For 13 years this CAP stayed on my truck. It never leaked, and all the features remained in good working order. This truck was my "Beach Buggy" as I am an avid Surfcaster. All the salt air did not effect my CAP, it was unfortunate I lost my truck and the CAP to the hurricane. I just purchased a new 2010 Dakota, and with that ordered my MX CAP which was installed yesterday. This CAP is just as nice as the one I purchased 13 years ago, it too will be on the beach many hours as I surfcast on the Long Island shores. I recommend A.R.E. products for anyone who has a "beach buggy", that is a 4X4 truck with a CAP.
