We love the cap we bought! The only thing we are not happy about is when the dealership installed the cap they scratched the side of the bed. Other than that, we really like the cap. It looks great on the truck & the paint color matches.

 New cap much better than my previous LEER capq
MX Series : Dodge Ram

I ordered a new A.R.E. MX series cap for my new 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Laramie Longhorn truck. I had a LEER cap on my old truck. I learned that A.R.E. was the only cap manufacturer making a cap compatible with the new Dodge Ram truck design, specifically the curved top of the tailgate. I ordered my A.R.E. cap from J & J Toppers in East Peoria, IL. They did an excellent installation and I am extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of my new A.R.E. cap. I was able to use the A.R.E. coupon to get carpeting installed inside the new cap. I'm looking forward to may years of enjoyment of the new cap.

 MX Full Door

The overall quality is great. The carpet I had installed on the ceiling was very well done. The overall paint job on the shell itself was good, but there were some spots near the back door could have been a little better spray painted. The full door is great. I really like the quality. Overall, I'd rate the unit a 4.5 out of 5. For me, that's pretty high. I had the BedRug installed and I really like it as well. I use the bed of my truck for camping and hauling around my music equipment. I have several of my team who are considering ordering one for their truck.
