The color match is perfect and there has been no deterioration or fading. The fit is perfect and cap gives very nice lines to the overall appearance of the truck. I also added a rack on top of the cap to transport ladders. This has caused no problems for the cap. The only maintenance I have had to do was to reseal the front top window and replace the adhesive that holds the two seam strips for the side windows. Both minor jobs. The only item that I feel is a material failure is the STOP light. UV has completely eliminated the RED and the light is now WHITE. One additional thing, the hydrolic cylinders that hold the back up usually fail in a couple of years. The trim at the bottom of the cap had come loose maybe two inches, and the carpet lining inside had come loose at the back of the cap. The dealer took care of these items in short order. The paint and interior looks great up-close but the finish work around the back door is less than perfect. Rough cut edges that are not painted.(watch out they will cut you). If you want to put a canopy on your truck to keep the dust and rain out you will have to spend a few hours filling all the gaps around the back door. If this is not a critical part of your needs the ARE mx is a great canopy. Do not plan on a lot of help from the factory. I contacted the west coast rep and he made promises that he never kept. I can deal with a little fine tuning, but I do not like to be taken advantage of. Thank you for your time.
