I placed my trust on the highly touted locking mechanism of this cap. Unfortunately, all of my Christmas presents and luggage were stolen by someone who simply turned the locked handle. No breakage of windows, no prying, simply turning the handle forcibly worked for the thieves. I'm glad I didn't have my band equipment in the truck at the time

The fit and finish are very good. The windows do not leak like other caps I have owned. The gray carpet lining in conjunction with the spray in bed liner give the interior a sharp appearance.

This is a top notch product, while it may not be the cheapest it as far as I can tell is the best fitting, sharpest looking topper made. Getting the tailgate / door option was well worth it. I am a Boy Scout leader and by not having to lift everything over a tail gate I and the other leaders use my truck more that the ones with a conventional topper. This topper is dust and weather tight. Dry as a bone in the biggest rain storms.
