 Good product, install questionable
MX Series : Ford F150

After less than 1000 miles, the clamps holding the MX cap to the F150 were all very loose. Half of the clamps took over 30 ratchet turns (90 degrees) to snug up. I was close to having the cap fall off on the highway. The dealer uses a clamp which differs from that recommended by ARE. Dealers are not required to purchase clamps from ARE. Maintenance at the dealership did offer to assist, but had inferior clamps in my opinion. I suggest ARE requires use of proper clamps.

 A few issues

Overall I am happy with it. Just a few problems. They scratched my truck on installation but they did use touch up paint to try to cover it. Water leaks in where the window meets the tailgate. I have been experimenting and think the flange that is attached to the bottom of the window is where water is coming in. It has warped From the sun. My topper is only 2 months old.
