I wasn't impressed with the look of their extended height cap. After a few weeks of searching I found a MX series cap that looked amazing. The extra height is amazing but the look is even better. I get compliments on it all the time. The A.R.E. dealer I used was East Neck auto service in NY. I was extremely happy with their service and their prices. Within 9 days of placing the order my cap was ready to be installed. I was originally given a 3 week estimate. The hinges are stronger than competitors and the roof is stronger to support my Yakima roof rack. I bought one with a metal frame on back door in case I break the glass! Then just a flat replacement glass, not special expensive stuff.
