I decided to purchase an A.R.E. cap over a couple other competitors due to other reviews and the ISO 9001 certification. I thought the certification would result in a higher quality system. Unfortunately, I had initial quality problems. There were six crimp marks on the window frames of each of the windoors that were clearly visible. There were paint defects in the recessed area of one of the side window openings. As far as the fit and finish, the windoors sliders were not designed for the window openings. There were recessed areas not covered by the windows - very sloppy fit. They should find a window that properly fits the window opening or change the mold. Because of the side window latches, the sliders can't open all the way, limiting ventilation. Design and quality needs to improve.
