He took the time to investigate the RFQ to ensure he was quoting the product we were looking for with the accessories we wanted. He knows his products, understands the options, and explained the installation. After the awarding of the bid, he called several times to confirm options, explain costs of additions, and gave us updates on arrival times. The shell is very well constructed and enhances the over all looks of my truck. Light weight material also makes this an almost seemingly not there ride. There is no real changes in the ride of the truck and no detectable wind drag. Great attention has been paid to the detail. Everything fits perfectly and has an orderly look to it. Paint match was perfect as well.
