Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I was very pleased with the options available to customize the truck cap and ended up going with the sliding tilt down front window, 12V LED dome light with center 4' rope light, and Yakima control tower racks. The single rope light illuminates the whole bed nicely and the tilt down front window makes it easy to clean the rear cab window and front cap window. I have to remove the rack cross bars in order to fit the truck in the garage but the cross bars and control towers remove easily without tools from the landing pads located on the rails. I contacted customer service to inquire about whether or not they happened to have the landing pad covers (which can be put on the landing pad base when the control towers are not attached). After a few calls to figure out details, Anthony the customer service representative exceeded my expectations by proceeding to order the covers at no charge even though the covers are not an item that A.R.E. stock or supply with purchases. I am extremely pleased by A.R.E.'s willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
