The cap looks great and works well. The boot leaks though, and has leaked from day 1. Not a lot of water, but enough to notice the water inside the bed of the truck.

 Water leak

I love the look and function, this is my 2nd a r e top just put on truck and got into a lot of rain, opened top and found ladder rack bolts were dripping water and center of window was leaking. I had same problem with first top . Maybe they need a new system for making things water tight. Looks like I need to make another 1 hour trip to dealer to fix it.

 Nice topper, very satisfied

This is my second V-series topper (I had sold my previous truck with along with the shell). Both times I have been pleased with the V-series topper. It fits well, looks good, and appears well made. I have not experienced any problems with either one. Any regrets? On both trucks I waited 2 years before buying the topper; I wish I had went ahead a bought one as soon as I got the truck. The topper adds so much convenience and utility to my truck. I'm very glad I went ahead and made the purchase. Next time, I will not wait so long.
