Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I’ve had my truck for 12 years and decided to put an A.R.E. cap on it for my dogs. I did a lot of research on other brands and felt A.R.E. to be the cap of choice. Accessorized it with the carpet inside, led rope lights, tilt down front slider window and pet protector screens. After the Truck Accessory Center installed it and brought my truck out to me… I was amazed at the perfect color match and it looked so awesome. Gave my truck a whole new look and it made it ride better by putting a little weight on the back. The only reason for not giving it a full 5 stars was due to the fit of the rear door. It does not close and seal flush against the tailgate. The tailgate has an outward curve to it and the bottom of the cap door is straight. Therefore the bottom corners don’t seal good against the tailgate. Other than that, I love it and the new look that it gave my old truck!
