Ordered this 2nd week of November, arrived 1st week of Feb. I’m in sales, all industries are in backorder and having shipping issues (plandemic caused this) no faults here, let’s be honest! I ordered this with the Yakima rack. The real issues are: 1) the right side of the lock mechanism does not catch, will not lock. Rod too short? No, the cap flares out too wide. And the seal barely seals because of the flare out. 2) I’d like to know what the rack weight limit is, what the cap weight limit is. What can I load this with? I’d like a rooftop tent, or put a ladder or kayaks and mountain bikes on it. Will it hold or will it crack? Please, give me some specs! I know what the cap weighs, I need to know what I can put on top of it!
