This is my second ARE cap. The first one (2002 CX Series) was much better quality than this V-Series. The outside looks good, but the interior finish looks a little sloppy. The fold-up side windows were not assembled properly and do not close properly. There is also a long scratch on the frame of one of the side windows. I am going to take it back to the dealer next week for some type of adjustment.

Very satisfied with the communication with folks at Edmond Pickup Covers, both with Internet and in person. V-Series cap was installed in an hour and the installers showed me where the electrical connections were made and reminded me to occasionally check the clamps for tightness. Drove through some rain on the way home and did not see water in the bed. Expecting the cap to provide good protection for golf clubs, luggage and power tools. Color matches truck and looks and fits great. Appears to be good value for the price.

The best ataboy I could possible have gotten came from the Toyota dealer when I went to pick up my tags. The Sales people were all over themselves about how good this cap looked and fit with all the curves and contours of the truck. The color match is perfect even in the sun light. It was unbelievable the way they acted, I got the bighead.
