Bought this bedcap in May 23. Since then I've had numerous issues with the finish and quality of the shell. From trim peeling and cracking, to windows missing the gasket that seals them so they won't leak. This bedcap with all of the options cost approximately 4,000 USD. One would think for that price you would be getting a decent product with decent customer support. When you try to contact A.R.E customer support they are non-responsive. The dealer network is a joke, they offer poor service and suggest you contact A.R.E yourself. When you eventually do get through to A.R.E they suggest you contact a local dealer. I reached out to A.R.E originally in Oct 24 about the window gaskets missing. It took weeks and numerous phone calls for them to respond. When they did respond they always had excuses and no resolution was reached. They were either closed for a warehouse move, Thanksgiving (a week?) Christmas / New Years (2+ weeks) etc. The CSR I dealt with was terrible. Eventually I did a window seal repair myself to try to resolve the issue. Since then I have had numerous faulty trim issues with the cap. The rear window flange is cracked in multiple places. The cracks are all around the rivets that A.R.E put in when they built the cap. The cracks all start at the Rivets and then have spread compromising the integrity and water-seal of the rear window. The trim edge on the bedcap is peeling back, you can see where it was applied to the bedcap with a cheap adhesive which in a year and a half has come apart and looks terrible. The biggest complaint is the lack of customer support from A.R.E / RealTruck. You have incredibly long wait times on the phone (hour plus) and the lack of responsiveness via email / online chat is concerning. If a customer sends in an email and has to wait more than 3 business days for a response there is a problem. I do not recommend A.R.E bedcaps to anyone. Buyer beware you will have issues with your cap and when you do, there is no warranty, no support.

Bought the CX Revo Topper for my truck to keep things dry when I travel . Basic top ,non operating windows . Top looks great on my truck , color matched perfect .My truck sat outside in a drizzling rain all weekend and on Tuesday I opened up the back of my truck to find the inside soaking wet . All three windows are leaking through the seals (cab, left and right side)The water is coming in between the cap and truck seal , and it has a gasket ,the rear hatch is leaking , I even have water leaking from the dome light above the hatch ,I'm afraid if I turn the light on it will short out. I listened to the dealer about how awesome the company is , I even watched the video on A.R.E. website on how the caps are made and that sold me . But now I feel like I was just taken advantage of . I'm a first time buyer of this brand ,but I'm afraid I over paid for something I did't get .
