 Nice topper could use a better designed threshold

My last truck was a 2007 Dodge with an A.R.E. topper. I bought a new truck and wanted a topper like my last one. I purchased the Z Series because it was the one that hooks up with my auto locks. The topper is first class but you can improve the threshold that covers the tailgate.

 A bit bummed

Just got my topper installed today. It looks well made and the color matches great to my Ram 1500. I ordered it with no rubber border around the bottom edge, it came with a rubber border :/. Drove 3 hours to get it installed the salesman told me that A.R.E. only sells that topper with a rubber border for a 2013 Ram, bummer. It also doesn't wrap around the top edge up my truck bed very well, maybe the foam gasket material needs to compress.

 Love My Z Cap

It was just installed this morning, but I am very impressed with the quality and workmanship of the canopy. Took time to browse around the lot and compared it to other brands on the lot. A.R.E. is superior. Looking forward to a long and great looking use of the canopy.
