Z Camper arrived with broken trim and broken rear window. The sales rep said everything is great and ready to go until I looked over installation and discovered problems. Top appears to be good, except the installation was sub par.

Just purchased another A.R.E. cap....this is my 4th, for each truck I've owned. Love the product and my new cap. Best company ever.
