Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I purchased My cap in Oct. 9,2014. Had it installed on the 14th of the same month, which was very good timing as I had trips planned at the end of Oct. After the install it was brought to my attention that a paint run was very noticeable at the window well of the cap, very noticeable. The dealer was very determined to make it right and He made arrangements to have it shipped back to the factory for repairs sometime in the next few months (I had a lot of travel plans and no openings until after the new year). Since I also purchased a "CargoGlide" at the same time I wasn't about to drive around in the winter leaving it exposed with no cap. After using everything for the past 2 months, they do build a very nice cap, sturdy and it fits well. BUT the quality of the finish is not what should be expected for the price paid. With 2 factory paint runs, 2 exterior rubber window moldings that look like a child trimmed them with a pair of scissor and interior metal window trim that is not aesthetic. My hope is that that is all that is wrong because I like the way it looks.
