So far so good, I have only had it for a week, they matched the color perfectly. Only issue is there is a smudge on one side about one inch by one inch that will not rub out and the strip lights are great but the Dealer did not do a great job at covering the wires. I might take it back but I already had to take back once because they put the wrong rug liner in. I made them order the right one and had to drive back and waste another 2 hours of my day. Love the A.R.E. shell, but not so happy with the people who installed it!

 Great fit for my Ridgeline!

Much higher quality than the competition (there's only one other option for the Ridgeline that I was able to find). In addition, the fit is very good. I don't expect any water infiltration from the joints.
