 Poor quality and workmanship

The workmanship is very poor. It looks like people were in too much of a hurry while assemblying it. Seals are coarse and unfinished. The color-match is poor. My truck is silver; from a distance it looks like the topper is white. This is supposedly A.R.E.'s top of the line. It is not worth the price paid. My dealer is supposed to be addressing these problems. It has been two weeks now with no progress.

BEFORE PURCHASING, I LOOKED AT A GREAT MANY FIBERGLASS CAPS AND CHOSE THE A.R.E. AFTER SEVERAL RECOMMENDATIONS FROM CURRENT OWNERS. THE CAP HAS A PERFECT FIT AND IS AS ADVERTISED IN EVERY WAY. ONE FACTOR THAT MUST BE EXPRESSED WAS THE 'EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ATTENTION' PROVIDED BY THE SELLING / INSTALLING DEALER TO A COUPLE OF MINOR ISSUES. EVERYTHING WAS HANDLED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY.
