Shipping issues and fit and finish
Z Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra

My first concern was my international purchase travelling all over the USA before it finally made it to Canada. I would have have the purchase weeks before and it was about to be missed by transport in Calgary. Poorly organized in shipping. The vendor should have followed up with ARE sooner. Fit and finishes seem a bit interesting as well. The sportsmen’s window screws were overtorqued and some fell out during shipment. The bottom ledge of the rear window is already slipping off and they seem to pry the windows into the holes as there are gouges in the final finish

 Rear Dust shield
Z Series : Ford F150

My truck has a split tailgate that both drops down and opens in the middle and to the side. The rear dust seal (if that is what you call it) comes no where close to fitting the contour of the tailgate. It fits in the middle but leaves a significant opening on either side that will allow dirt and/or snow to easily get in. When, if ever, will you manufacture one that fits correctly and conforms to the tailgate? If you do manufacture one, how do I get one at no cost to me??

 Leaks front and rear

My truck cap leaks from the front and the rear. I was disappointed that the paint was a shade darker than my truck, I get it that a perfect match is hard to achieve.
