Cap came as ordered but had a few blemishes... as long as I owed the other half of the payment I was able to get one blemish fixed. As soon as I paid the other half to him he says that he has to pay for all shipping damages and that was the last time they tried helping. All it was is a door sill needing to be replaced as it got banged somewhere along the way. I didn’t even bother calling them to fix the side window louver that came off. Finally you also can’t count on A.R.E. either as they do not respond to emails. Finally, if the salesman was able to show all of the options I wouldn’t have picked the windows I did. $3500 and I can’t say I love it. I only like it because of all the petty crap I’ve dealt with.
