Custom ordered the Z series with Yakama roof racks, interior light, clothes hanger, remote lock/unlock, folding window and custom paint. Topper arrived within the promised shipping week and Scott at the service store installed it promptly. Installation was done in an excellent manner with all accessories in place and working properly. The topper was placed precisely on the truck bed and the fit is excellent. There are rare examples in my life when a product and installation are done at this level of competence and excellence. My appreciation to Scott at Jim Campen Trailers, Inc. for the fine installation and ARE for their fine product!! 100% pleased with the product and recommend it without reservation and hesitation!

Have had A.R.E. canopies once before and like the quality and design. I saw Mike Darby was the manager and I have know him for 40 plus years. It was good to work with him again. He is a great person.

 High quality, not water-tight.

Pros: 1. Build quality is solid. All latches and hinges seem very strong. 2. The look is fantastic. Truly looks like it was made to fit my specific truck. 3. All wiring is covered and routed with attention to detail. 4. Very happy with the brightness and function of the LED rope lighting. Cons: 1. I wish the windows functioned more smoothly. The sliding window against the cab in particular feels cheaper than expected. 2. It is not watertight. We get a small amount of water in the front of the bed, even during moderate rain at low speeds. 3. Part of the rubber seal does not accurately follow the top corner curves of the back glass. This may be letting in a small amount of water, too. 4. I ordered the no trim option, but my cap came with trim along the bottom. I’m not sure if this was an ordering error made by the dealer or a manufacturing error.
