I recently sent our newly made z series cap back to the company it didn't fit our truck properly, the rear door was off by two inches and fit crooked and the drivers side windows were not even . My review here may be premature we shall see how ARE handles this warranty situation on the defective product that was sent to use originally. The dealership we are dealing with seems to be handling things appropriately at this point ... however, we are being delayed in receiving a quality product to fit our brand new truck. I would hope the company (ARE) will make a brand new one and not send us back a patched up Version and will send us back what I was expecting the first time from ARE and the quality I thought they were about. I understand things do happen so we shall see what is most important to this company in as we progress in the situation we have with this current warranty.
