Lsii Series LSII Series : Chevy/GMC Silverado/Sierra December 04, 2010    Posted by: Bill This is my second A.R.E. lid and I'm a big fan, in general. However, the version for the GMC Sierra has a hollow in it, as opposed to a bump on the Chevy version, which mimics the detail on the hood of the respective trucks (Chevy vs GMC). This hollow collects rain, dew and wash water and doesn't drain fully even when the lid is opened fully. Result -- permanent crud build-up, which sure ruins the looks of the lid. Mx Series MX Series : Toyota Tacoma December 03, 2010    Posted by: Bill Cab functions as expected with exception of the seal around large door and water intrusion at rear brake light. The unit was returned to installer for repair, however after consulting with A.R.E. rep. installer could not seal the hatch. Installer also said that leakage at the rear brake light was a common problem. Even with both issues, I am still satisfied with the cab it meets my needs for camping and surfing. The brake will eventualy fail and require replacement and the seal has little effect on comfort while camping. Lsx Series LSX Series : Toyota Tundra December 02, 2010    Posted by: Bill About a month after I purchased this product, I took it on a hunting trip to Kansas. After returning home I noticed the left side was loose from the truck. The bolts had backed out or were never tightned.Then I noticed the left back corner was rubbing the paint off my truck. I took it back to the dealer to be realigned.
