Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

We ordered cap, it arrived and was in poor condition. Paint and finish was not acceptable and it was filthy. We told the dealer to send it back. They asked to have second chance to clean it up. They did clean it which then allowed me to see the poor condition even more. They tried to say this was like a tattoo and we were stuck with it. We said no, send it back which they did. We still do not have it. We would have liked to have gotten a refund if we could have done that. Your QC needs work. Not happy with paint at all.
