Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I had an A.R.E. cap 20 or so years ago the last time I had a pickup and loved it. When I decided to get another truck I went to the A.R.E. dealer. It was delivered without the tilt out window that I ordered. The dealer claims that he ordered correctly and it was his sales reps mistake. He also claims that A.R.E. will not ship a replacement window, he must wait until his next cap order to get it. I've been waiting over a month and have heard no word about it. It was delivered with fiberglass dust in the carpet liner, fortunately it vacuumed out. The dealer wasn't nuts about participating in A.R.E.'s promotions so I got none of that. Other than that, so far so good, it looks really nice on my truck.
