Ordered a Z series topper in August 2024. I took delivery in September 2024. Once the topper was installed,the installer and I noticed several areas on the topper that had paint imperfections(rough spots, dust/dirt in the paint). There was one area on the drivers side that was approximately the size of my fist that the finish was not applied evenly. I worked with the installer to have the topper returned to ARE to be repainted. Several weeks later the newly refinished topper was delivered. The refinished topper arrived and has several areas with dirt/dust in the paint. The brake light area on the topper has numerous areas with foreign material in the paint. Unsure if it is dirt/dust or adhesive material. Areas near the bottom edge of the side windows now have orange peeling of the paint. My installer has been very helpful and understanding. Attempted to reach out to ARE directly to address the paint quality concerns and they refused a conversation with me as a customer. My installer has went above and beyond to ensure a high quality product is received from ARE, however, they are not in charge of the quality of the products delivered for them to install. The installer continues to advocate for me with ARE. Would it be possible for an ARE representative to reach out to me directly to promptly resolve the concerns of the paint quality on this topper.?
