Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

This is the 3rd topper I've owned. I ordered a new topper for my new pickup, from an A.R.E. dealer, It came within two weeks. When the topper was installed, I notice some waves below the side window on the drivers side. I also thought it didn't look as clean (body lines) as the other two A.R.E Z series tops I've had. The dealer was good enough to address my concerns, and try to work out the imperfections in the topper. Now It had looked to me that this topper was damage after it was built, there were fiberglass repairs made to it, also the passenger window was out of alignment to where the glass was hitting the fiberglass. The Dealer took Video, and pictures and told me to take it, that he would be in touch. Two weeks had pass, the dealer called me said A.R.E wanted the topper back, and they would build a new one. I went another 3 weeks and I was contacted my topper was in, The topper was perfect, it was what I expected. It fit like a glove. Disappointed they a repair first time.
