Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

Only had the Z-series shell for about a week, but has been super nice so far. Cannot say about the longevity and durability obviously since its so new, but my buddy has had the identical top for 3 years and his still looks fabulous despite the normal wear and tear. All that being said I don't like the way this thing was shipped unwrapped without plastic or foam from the factory to my dealer location. To spend a couple thousand on a product it should be packaged better. One of my window hinges were damaged in shipping somehow chipping the paint down to the bare metal, but I cannot wait for another shell or know if a new hinge can even be installed. Also driver side window isn't as flush as the passenger side yet appears to be sealed against the frame. Time will tell I guess and we will see if A.R.E.'s lifetime warranty is true if needed. Maybe a rep will read this and follow up for quality control and make it right with me somehow. If I had a option to included pictures they would be included.
