 Very Bad Choice

I actually did not purchase due to the company sending the wrong size cover to my local dealer. I was in a time crunch to get this put on my truck before going on a trip. The company sent to wrong size cover which put me in a huge bind. I was not sure how I was going to haul everything I needed to go with me and keep dry what I was able to take. My local dealer did everything they could to try and find me a cover even if it could have just got me through my trip before getting the correct one on afterwards. Everyone at A.R.E. had a it's no big deal attitude about the whole thing telling me they could get me another 2 weeks later while I was away on my trip, a lot of good that would do me. With almost a week and a half before I left I thought for sure they could put a rush order on it and get it here in time, but they were not having it and said it would have to wait until a full shipment left out. Very disappointed in this company, but glad that I am not carrying their logo on the back of my truck. I decided to get my money back and when the time comes I will definitely go with another brand.

 Dirty windows

Dropped off truck while dealer was closed and picked up when closed, had three problems 1) rear window on cap was filthy on side of glass you cannot reach.2)looks like 4 holes were drilled in cap rail and holes not used, or fiberglass cleaned up, used 4 clamps to hold on cap, which is fine, but, WHY THE HOLES? 3) might be coincidence but rear backup camera is not working, it says service backup camera on screen, it did work on Sunday, truck only has 1453miles on it, will check with car dealer.

 Lid

This is the third lid I have purchased over the years. Have never had an issue with any of them. The quality, fit and finish have been exceptional on all. This is also the second bedrug i've purchased without a problem. It's also an excellent product.
