I must admit I had my share of problems. It started with paying an extra $100 to try and custom match the color of a brand new canopy to a truck that was 10 years older. It was a big failure. The dealer tried to make it right by having a local paint shop redo the color. Did not work either. So the local dealer did me right and ordered another brand new canopy but with the original body color paint per my agreement. Got the canopy and installation. There was a head liner in the new canopy. There was an area of headliner material about 4" in diameter scraped away from the fiberglass. I thought all would be OK until a couple months later I was detailing the truck and noticed that immediately above where the headliner was scraped away there were cracks in the exterior finish of the canopy. No problem, the dealer was gracious enough to order me another canopy. Having that new one installed was problematic for me. Had to take it back twice to have the interior canopy light fixed and then again to fix the exterior rear brake light. I also noticed that the rear door was not closing well and there was damage to the trim along the right side door frame. The dealer adjusted the rear door to my acceptance and the adjuster was gruff about me being too picky. However, upon closer observation after I got home I came to conclude that this canopy was also damaged. At this point I am done, I give up fighting. I would not recommend purchase of this canopy. I can't tell if the damage to these canopies was in transit or during installation. Either way I appreciate the dealer trying to make it right but I QUIT!
