| | | Great top, poor dealership service A.R.E. Z Series

Upon delivery we had a small factory defect on our Z series topper and was to be fixed under the three year warranty. Long story short, the dealership could not be bothered to fix this properly and is was done slip-shot haphazardly to say the least. (AKA not fixed at all.) Fortunately ARE customer service is beyond exceptional and shipped us the parts to have this fixed at our cost at the shop of our choosing. Else-wise, the Z series is a stellar truck cap. Marking off 1/2 a star for the poor dealership experience, can not really fault ARE for that problem.
