Shopped around and decided to buy from ARE. Painless, well-explained ordering assistance from dealer. But as the wait stretched past the estimated date, I was not able to get solid date of arrival. Although I tried twice, it felt odd that any communications between the manufacturer (ARE) and dealer were not shared with buyer.... About one week 'late', the installation and instruction session with technician was excellent. No problems after ~30 days. Product is solid, all accessories work well, and it looks Great! It was worth the expense, ...and the wait.
