I really like the shell. It looks great and it will fit my needs. The only issue is there were no keys for the side windows that open. Dealer was supposed to call me but no response.

 New ARE MX = Big Disappointment = It Leaks!

I am very disappointed in the quality of this new camper shell and the dealer's service. It leaks in multiple places, and I bought it to camp in. Went back to dealer and left it there for 4 hours to be fixed. Went back to pick it up and they said it was fixed. Next rainstorm and it still leaked in multiple places. I believe at least 3 places possibly 4. Called dealer and he said he would get back to me the same afternoon - that was 3 days ago. BTW: The leaks occurred while it was parked and sitting outside during a moderate rainstorm. I can only imagine how bad it will leak going 55 MPH down the highway in a heavy rainstorm. I wish I had not bought an ARE camper shell. I paid a lot of money for a big headache. A terrible product.

 Excellent cap-lead time to long

This is my 6th ARE cap,and all of them have been excellent . No issues at all. That being said, I ordered this cap on 10/26/17 and was told 3 weeks to receive . stopped back to dealer on 11/8 and was told it wouldn't be here until 11/28 . stopped on 11/28 and was told 12/6 stopped on 12/6 and was told it was back ordered !!! finally got it on 12/15 , 7 weeks after ordering. Good product, but if you need it for work (as I do) go elsewhere. I will not wait this long again.
