Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

Overall this is a high quality cap and functions flawlessly. There are only 2 issues that I have with it. The first issue is that the paint finish does not match my truck. When I contacted A.R.E. about the color match I was told, "We paint our products to match your truck's paint code, our paint match is pretty spot on." When I said that my titanium white tri-coat does not match I was then told, "with tri-coat colors, having a 100% match is difficult. If you are not satisfied, contact your A.R.E. dealer." The second issue I had was that my A.R.E. dealer took 5 1/2 hours to install the cap and still managed to wire it incorrectly. My Ford dealer had to fix the mistake. I let A.R.E. know about this and they had no response at all.
