Surprisingly tight with the compression boot. Very minor water runs when the seal is blasted with a pressure washer. Windows and knobs do not have the cheap feel of most caps. Some minor sanding had to be done to stop some rubbing on the edge of the tailgate. Perfect paint match. There is a run in the paint however. It is obvious that this defect was sanded to blend better with the paint instead of being fixed correctly.
