Ken Asel was great to deal with. He took the time to investigate the RFQ to ensure he was quoting the product we were looking for with the accessories we wanted. He knows his products, understands the options, and explained the installation. After the awarding of the bid, he called several times to confirm options, explain costs of additions, and gave us updates on arrival times. The installation time was right on!
