Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

I put this topper on my 2016 GMC 2500, without measurements as to the added height that it will come to for the new truck. The back door is almost too high for my 6'1" gorilla arms to reach when open. There is not a prayer for my 5'2" wife. I was expecting the same fit as my old topper on my 1500 GMC with a similar topper. I also am not too impressed with the fact that I need to push the side windoors in to latch them closed. They should shut without pushing them in to get them sealed and latched. I told my installer that right away and was told that there was nothing he could do for the problem. There should have been some information as to the height of the topper and also the height of the open door in the pamphlet that I was looking in when ordering the topper.
