Product Reviews : A.R.E. Truck Caps and Tonneau Covers

The overall quality of the top seems very good, the paint color is just a tick off, but you really have to be looking. A little upset with the main feature I wanted on the top still does not work. I ordered it with the e-lock so that when you jump out of the truck & hit the button all doors, including the top lock. The day of installation I was told that A.R.E. did not have the correct wire diagram from the new 2013 Ram, so they would call me to come back & get that part finished when they had the correct info. So 3 weeks later I get the call that they have the wiring diagram & I can come back to get finished up. After sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes I am told that the wiring is complete, but the when the top was built the e-lock was not installed in the product so they will get the parts fed-Xed in and call me yet again to get this finished up. This is now costing me money & time.It is April 21st & the top has been paid in full since March 18th. I know A.R.E. is better than this, but what are they going to do for me?
