Pros: 1) Secure, does not rattle, flutter, or bounce. 2) Sturdy 3) Fit & Finish compliment truck well Cons: 1) Periphery not well sealed -- leaks. 2) Does not open far enough 3) Requires too much force to open. 4) Awkward to reach attaching points for removal. Note: All "con" comments above are in direct comparison to the A.R.E. tonneau cover on my previous 1998 Chevrolet S-10, and are essentially the same as the comments that I made immediately after installation.

 Top-notch tonneau!
LSII Series : Dodge Ram

I bought a LSII-Series fiberglass tomnneau for my new Ram 1500 and am very pleased with it. The factory paint matches my Austin tan pearlcoat finish on the truck perfectly. The vendor who I purchased it from (Cap City- Hampton, VA) gave me a great deal and did a professional install. Especially impressed with the planned return visit (after 2 weeks) to fine-tune the installation to prevent damage to my new truck's finish. I have received numerous complemements on how well the cover accents my truck. Thanks ARE for putting together such a well-constructed and handsome cover!

Great Looking Tonneau Covers by A.R.E.
LSII Series : Toyota Tacoma

The covers are great and enhance the look of your truck big time. However, due to my side-step Toyota 2002 model, A.R.E. cannot provide a lid that is water proof! They claim as with all lids they are not 100% water proof. Several I spoke to say theres are. However, if my model is not, then the lid is a great enhancement and tool. I don't get much water, and lately I think it is okay now once I got my gaskets for the side rails replaced with bigger ones (the original ones were cut shorter). Best Regards
