The Topper is top quality. This is my second A.R.E. Topper from DFW Camper. Had it installed yesterday and instructed on how to unlock and open, but when I got home, I had difficulty unlocking and opening it the first time, then on second try , could not get it opened, but will try again this afternoon and if I can't get it open, will call DFW Camper and go back in. Store says that variations are to be expected. This is the second truck I put a A.R.E. product on. The last one was a good match, this is a new truck that had 300 miles on it and I don't think the match is that good. The store showed me a paper from your company that said that happens I am not real happy about it. It has a brownish tint to it instead of a grayish tint. Just not satisfied with their response. I would think you would be able to match the color.
